Instant checkout is preferred however where additional charges are incurred for insurance etc please ensure all invoices are paid within 5 calendar days of the invoice being issued. Orders will not be shipped under any circumstance until receipt of cleared funds.

Orders placed/paid invoices are normally dispatched within 2-4 working days. We are normally open during office hours Monday to Friday.  If you require your order urgently please use Royal Mail 1st Class - it will not jump the queue as we work on first come first served but it will reach you quicker once dispatched.

Items sent via Royal Mail are insured up to the standard value of £20, if you require additional insurance please notify us so this can be added.  

All mail is collected from us by Royal Mail once a day. When we mark an order as shipped this means that the label has been generated and if the collection has yet to take place then it will leave the same day. Orders marked as shipped after our daily collection will leave the following working day. We occassionally have Saturday collections when volume of orders waiting to be shipped demands it.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

At present international orders can only be dispatched using the Tracked and Signed for option through Royal Mail. Unfortunately this is dictated by the carrier and not us due to RM being targeted by a cyber attack. It has been a few weeks since mail has been able to leave through their systems so there will be a back log and to expect delays to advertised delivery times.

Stock Discrepancies 

From time to time there may be stock discrepancies where items have been incorrectly loaded or if there has been an input error onto the system whilst using the 'part out' method. If there is a stock discrepancy highlighted whilst picking an order the order will continue to be processed unless the discrepancy is greater than 50% of the items ordered. Refunds for out of stock items will be sent via PayPal before disptach, with the effected lines noted including quantity. If the postal cost also decreases then the difference will also be refunded and noted. 

Returns

We do accept returns by prior arrangment only.

If the item is faulty or an incorrect pick then we will cover return postage costs once we have received the item back. Please ensure you enclose your order number so we can quickly process the refund. Postage costs are for the standard flat rate only. It does not cover any special services or insurance you may add.

If you receive a piece and decide it is not what you expected/needed and you wish to return it then you will be liable for the return postage costs.  We do our utmost to label items that have what we would deem as excessive play-wear or discolouration.  Play-wear consistent with age is not deemed faulty.

If there are any issues with your order please get in touch in the first instance so we can rectify this for you. Where we hope there are no issues, we do understand that from time to time being human, errors can be made, things get broken or at worst lost - we are here to help!
