Orders are normally dispatched within 2-4 working days of receipt of cleared funds. If there is going to be a delay we will notify you. 

We use Royal Mail to deliver our packages throughout the UK. Additional insurance is required for orders that are higher than the maximum compensation amount for the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

At present international orders can only be dispatched using the Tracked and Signed for option through Royal Mail. Unfortunately this is dictated by the carrier and not us due to RM being targeted by a cyber attack. It has been a few weeks since mail has been able to leave through their systems so there will be a back log and to expect delays to advertised delivery times.Last Updated: 5 Jun 2023
